I was almost a victim of Bryan M. Hicks over 2years ago, back in summer 2012. I knew that something was not right with him. I actually could never understand what it was that he did for work. He always talked about investing, showing me portfolios of his properties he so called had in different locations, he talked about his Accountant Carla who supposedly was under investigation for investment fraud. He really had me to believe that he was a geniune guy who was all about business. I even thought about taking a loan out of my 401k to allow him to invest. Thank God my intuition kicked in and I kicked him to the curb. After reading all of these reports, I was spot on. I am embrassed that I allowed him to manipulate me to believing he was a legit buisness professional and was vulernable enough to even allow him in my home for months.

He is definitely a con artist and should be put in jail. He spoke about Carla several times and I know for a fact she provided false financial information that allowed him to qualify for an apartment where I reside. Yes he moved into my apartment complex without my knowledge and thought that I was going to split my $500 referral fee with him. Once I decline I received harrasing emails from him which I still have archived 2years ago. I knew eventually the property manager would catch on to him, because I never saw him again, and I believe they evicted him out of the apartment.  Something told me to google him today because I felt like he would have been arrested by now, and it seems like he is getting really close. So thankful I dismissed him and moved on, I just hope he is stopped soon because he is a con-artist and does prey on single professional women.
