I was just advised in writing that Nikki Corrow has been found guilty of abusing and neglecting my children.

I was told to go to New York to get them as they were in temporary coustidy. Mean while I find out from Jim Corsen that in fact it is true and her brother was awarded temp coustidy, who then has a restraining order put on me knowing I was on my way to get the children and to return to Missouri.

I told those investigators Nikki was a drug user, alcoholic and child abuser. In fact twice in a year her brother was caught transportating cocaine, he got off the judge felt sorry because he has 4 kids.

Than officer Cote from Saranac Lake told me he was caught in a sting opperation at the Hotel Saranac,and they let them have my children??????What is wrong up in that neck of the woods????

Some real state or federal investigators need to go there and fleece america of that trash of the likes of Jack Delehanty.

I cant believe again I have no rights to my children.I was in the right all along ms corrow is screwed in the head all by her self .She attends behavioral mental health trying to get disability unreal good life for my kids. I need help in this matter, no court appointed lawyer like marcia moss will do anygood.

I want to sue the state of new york and all the times the pigs in that area never arrested nikki for her actions.

I will post more as I get the info. If anyone has e-mail to social services, judge Lawless what a joker. I want this exposed justice needs to be done. And to mr corsin if you think nikki will get better and treat those kids any better your sadly mistaken, and please dont send me any papers you jokers deal with it.

I grew up in Tupper Lake and I know Eric Flemming and the type of person he is. If you looked into his back ground you would see that he went AWOL while in the service and has a Dishonorable Discharge...unless he has had it up graded since I last associated with him.



As far as the type of person he is, I wouldn't consider a thing he say's as credible, from his past experience with almost every women I have known him to date, there has alway's been demestic violence... he has a problem!



As for this Nikki girl, I don't know her, but I can just imagine what she is like... Eric is a useless human, for someone to be in a relationship with him I can only imagine what her credibility is also... these two people should be investigated by Social Services, for there ability to maintain the children... if the parents are beating the s**t out of each other... imagine what that piss poor imagine is leaving in these childrens minds... as the old saying goes... like father like son... or daughter in this case... they could end up mentally distrubed like there parents from their influence on how the parents act towards eachother.



Maybe a neighbor should make an offical complaint against these people to gbet Social Services involved...



Just a note from someone who never thought I would have to write something so stupid... what the hell is wrong with the Tupper Cops... get a grip force and start acting like the protecters of the public and stop hanging out at Stewart's trying to pick up little girls... As far a Jack Delahanty goes... he's a very good friend of the family and I have nothing but the utmost respect for the man. I wouldn't represent that looser either!

In refference to this subject,I'm a supporter to N.C. as I've known her for a very long time and She has been hit many many many times by the person mentioned here as Eric Flemming, I know first hand how he has knocked her around so who ever said Eric will not hit a woman better regroup and investigate who he really is and the abuse Nikki has suffered at his hands.He is NO ANGEL. So please he can really manipulate people into thinking what he wants them too and believe every word he says. Noneof us are Angels but He is the Devil in disguise.



As for Mr. Jack Delehanty,Well He is one of the best things to happen to this area. So I don't know where people say he is so bad. I have sat in on a case of his and he was nothing but fair and honest and very professional through the entire thing.

The facts are:



1.. Nikki did assault Eric on this night. Blood was dripping from Eric's left cheek when Troopers arrived. This is not the first time Nikki has assaulted Eric. Nikki's usual behavior. Police would have arrested Eric if Eric was guilty. Question is, why wasn't Nikki arrested? No one ever witnessed Eric ever assaulting Nikki, in this incident or any other incident.



State Troopers did their job properly. Apparently, the Troopers hands are tied. This is a nationwide problem where police and or prosecutors will not arrest woman who assault men. The problem here is the prosecutor. Our source tells Rip-off Report.com, the Trooper knew the charge would go nowhere with the DA, Jack Delehanty. The Trooper would have arrested Nikki afterwards if the DA was going to sign the papers to prosecute.



2.. Nikki did the vandalism to the Owl's Nest. No question about that, although the vandalism was overstated in the original Rip-off Report above. It was originally reported to the Rip-off Report that the Owl's Nest entrance door itself was broken along with the windows that needed to be replaced.



3.. Assistant District Attorney Jack Delehanty did refuse to sign the papers that the New York State Trooper Aldridge brought to him. One police source tells Rip-off Report that Trooper Aldridge spent some time at the DA's office. Jack spent the time griping about the Rip-off Report.



The REBUTTAL above brings up other subjects. That Eric will not visit his kids. Nothing could be furthest from the truth. Eric wants to see his children but Nikki will not let Eric see them without her. Every time they are all together with their children, Nikki gets argumentative and at times will start assaulting Eric in front of the children. So Eric has requested Nikki drop the children off at a family members home so there is no confrontation between them. Eric says he wants to take responsibility for the children even though Nikki's latest child may not be Eric's. Any money Eric gives to Nikki she spends for herself including the money she collects from the state. Eric's hands are tied in this situation.



QUESTION IS: Why is there no investigation by child protective services? At minimum, Nikki needs to be in some sort of anger management classes. Police should be the ones notifying the proper agencies. Because Jack Delehanty refuses to prosecute Nikki, the court system and social services will never know. So, aside from Jack victimizing many of his ex-clients, the people he wrongfully prosecutes, driving under the influence and victimizing the people up at Sunmount, we can now add to his list of victims, children.



Again, this another case of selective enforcement by Jack? Tupper Lake should be renamed to Jacks Town, New York.

I just do not know how you people let ignorant, misimformed people post articles like this on your website. This story is totally wrong and very full of lies. I honestly could care less about Delehanty and what he does. The part that bothers me is about how this guy makes his buddy Eric Fleming look like hes a good person. I have known Eric for years and at some point he was even living at my house because the useless piece of art could not hold a job to pay for a place to live. Eric has a 10 year old son who he never bothers to see even though he lives in the same town. He has two children with Nikki, a 20 month old gorgeous little guy and a 2 week old baby girl. He never bothers to see Nikki's kids and he has seen his newborn daughter only once and it was because Nikki brought the baby to him after she left the hospital.



Nikki takes care of these to children full time and on her own. She does not even get any money from Eric for a package or daipers or even a 5 minute break from sleepless nights with a newborn and busy days with a toddler. Now you tell me, wouldn't you be a bit bitter about how irresponsible the father of your children turned out to be? Wouldn't you be mad that you are doing all the work raising your children by yourself while the father of your children is out sleeping with men or women or whatever and not giving a d**n about his children? And how about working under the table so he doesn't have to pay child support and then blowing all his money up his nose. And how about Eric

claiming Nikki's son on his Income Tax return while it was Nikki who had the kid 12 months out of the year. You got a big surprise coming from the IRS Eric. Out of the 2K he got from the IRS from claiming the kid he only bought him a $14 outfit. Yeah, their relationship has been a very rocky one, but all the police reports are there stating every time Eric hit her.



Oh yeah, and this stupid article forgot to say how during such incident Eric kicked Nikki in the stomach and opened the fresh stitches she had from her c-section.



That's when Nikki, in pain, threw rocks at Eric and broke the window. Nikki called the owner of the Owl's nest and explained what had happened and used the very little money she had to pay for such window. You people need to research the articles you post here first. this article is wrong and it makes Eric look good when in reality he is less than nothing.
