Jack Durban is supposedly an eningeer in Mission Viejo area.  I initially hired him to do some technical work.  He claimed he had some energy technology.  As it turns out, my collegues and I invested $100,000 in his project.  

Now we regret that we ever met Jack Durban.  He has not produced anything of value.  We also discovered that he's not even an engineer at all but a total scam artist and fraud.  We learned that he's also scammed other investors with his "energy toroidal technology."  He's a complete FRAUD.  He apparently uses another scam artist named Steven Mark with his con schemes.  He uses the "energy Technology" from Steven Mark which also is a total SCAM.

Many investors are now trying to get their investment funds back through civil lawsuits.  We are also considering criminal and felony charges against Jack Durban.

I hope that others read this before they do any business with Jack Durban or Steven Mark.  They are both Scam Artists.  Beware of them.  My associates also found out that Jack is (((REDACTED))) and that's why he's so disrguntled with society and will do anything to scam people.
