On Nov. 9, 2009, I was contacted by Jack E. Scott III and Tiffani S. Scott inquiring on the purcahse of one of my trained dogs. He told me he was a disabled Veteran and had limited fuinds to spend. I felt sorry for him, and agreed to accept payments with our contract. I allowed him to take the dog home due to the nature of his disability and distance. The deposit check of only $200.00 immediatly bounced. I redeposited it again, and it bounced again. The first payment was due 1 Jan. 10 and never arrived. He stole my dog and owes me $1400.00 I took them to court (they never showed) and won a Judgement and sent a Collection Company after them, which they have also ignored. Do not do business with this couple!
