Jack Eskanazi Sr American Healthcare Capital Jack Misrepresented seller took first bid that came in, didn’t pay commission Marina Del Rey California

Jack Eskanazi Sr hired me as a business broker. I received no training and generated listings 100% on my own, the only thing that comes to mind is "tell the sellers you will shop the company for the best deal but in reality when your dealing with buyers you take the first offer and pressure the seller into accepting” in some cases stalling qualified buyers so the seller was not aware of all the options. Furthermore the training is a rip off it’s non existent and just costs you 50% of your commission for nothing. Lastly when I left the firm the contract indicated that I would be paid for listings I left behind in one case I am owed over 100K but I have to take them to court. I received harassing e mails from jack completely unprofessional. Stay clear of this company if you are a broker or a seller!
