Mr Jack Foster is full of talk but they are all empty. I contacted him to develop mobile app for my company and website. I made the initial payment which he required in instalments and the last payment was on 22nd November 2016.
You will not believe that six months down the line (November 2016 to May 2017) Mr Jack Foster of M. I. R. Publishing has refused to get back to me with any project feedback.
I made payments via paypal in five different installments to Mr Jack Foster (jfoster@mirpublishing.us) of M. I. R. Publishing LLC. The paypal invoice numbers are "Invoice ID MIR00300" (Transaction ID:0D5018059Y608121U), "Invoice ID MIR00304" (Transaction ID: 9YN54002TM0821729), "Invoice ID MIR00312" (Transaction ID: 5V74357089067471X), "Invoice ID MIR00313" (Transaction ID: 7HT22262M6468234W) and "Invoice ID MIR00314" (Transaction ID: 0E651966EL615390W). The Last installment payment was made on the 22nd November 2016.
Since i made the last payment Mr Jack Foster of M. I. R. Publishing LLC whom i negotiated and made paypal payment to, has refused to respond to my emails, my skype calls or even mobile call. I have tried to reach him but he will not respond. He has refused to furnish me with any project details or feedback and we are now in the sixth month (November, 2016 to May, 2017) and i am just in the dark.
I have concluded after this six months that he has no intention to deliver on this project (Mobile App Development) but to take my money fraudulently which makes Jack Foster of M. I. R. Publishing LLC a very dubious fellow.
Stay away from him less you become a victim of his scam.
