We ordered the Hammer X and Hammer #3 Hybrid in November, 2016. We received one but not the other. No communication letting us know it would come.
When we tried to call the only option was to leave a message. We left 3 different messages, no reply. We emailed multiple times and finally received a response telling us all orders had shipped, that they had trouble with the UPS automatic tracking, but to "rest assured that the greatest golf club ever made is on the way to you!"
To date, January 13, 2017, we have not received the "back-ordered" club.
The last reply from Jack Hamm was on Noember 15th stating "Just grinding thru everything, you have been moved to the top.".
My last two emails asked for our money back. No response. However, I note that he has a new site up offereing the Hammer 400XL.
I sent an email yesterday informing the company that I would be filing reports with the appropriate agencies, etc. Of course, still no reply.
