I have been trying since May to get a Personal Loan and because of my poor Credit Rating, I was turned down by all the normal places to get a loan from such as a Bank. So I did a search for Personal Loans for someone with a Bad Credit Rating.
Well this man contacted me the next day and told me that he and his company did indeed give out Personal Loans at a low rate and a long time to pay back the money, I filled out the application, sent it to him, of course he approved it for 40,000 EUROS, I live and work in Germany. I kept asking him when the money would be wired to my account and this is when he started asking for more money, which because I need a personal loan, I kept sending him. Then when I told him that I could not afford to send him any more money then he told me the Loan had been denied.
