Jack R Goetz is an attorney who sometimes conducts trial cases at the Los Angeles Superior Court. So just to clarify, he is not a judge but he is trying cases like a judge in the courtroom.

He however rudely interrupted plaintiff’s presentation within 1 minute, bullying and projecting that what the plaintiff says doesn’t make sense. Then he asked if the plaintiff has anything else to say and before the plaintiff got a chance to answer, he said he’ll let the defendant speak and come back to the plaintiff. He barely even let the defendant talk more than 20 seconds and then shift back to the plaintiff and rudely tell the plaintiff to only talk for 30 seconds. He barely listened to any fact or cared about it. And simply claim it doesn’t make sense.

Typically when a judge cut anyone short, wouldn’t allow the party to talk, trying to shut them out and would rush to an ending is a sure fire sign this judge is judging you, not judging the fact!

Projecting he already got the fact and you are not making sense is bulls*hit*. Never say you got the fact before you even hear it. There is no such thing you already know what happened without hearing it. Well Jack R Goetz, here is your online report, for being unprofessional, and being disrespectful to the people.

Jack R Goetz, you are not here to get personal and judge people. You must judge based on fact. PERIOD. If you have a problem of judging fact, then judge is not a job you have the capability to assume and so get yourself out of here sooner than later.
