Jack Williams Tire, Wilkes Barre, Pa. Carney line to the rebe Wilkes Barre Pennsylvania

Called for price on tires. Told that I had hit the jackpot. Not only was there $50 off the purchase of 4 tires, but I would receive anywhere from 5 to 20 dollars per tire on appraisal of tred wear if I were trading in tires.  When I went to pay the bill was told that it was either or but not both. Hello! I would remember this. Well if this were so, then I inquired about how the tred was appraised? Easily the tires were in the 15 to 20 dollar range! Which is 65-80 bucks.  

Before answering, the person I was dealing with was, was co opted by another person who said those tires were shot, really worn down. Total complete lie. Told him he didn't know what he was talking about because the tires had less than 4000 miles on them. The car is a classic and doesn't see much of the road. I replaced the tires because they were old, not worn. The person I was dealing with broke total eye contact. It was sad. His behavior reinforced what I already knew. He was unwilling to lie, where his superior had no problem in doing so.

I viewed the young man as my son, and felt sorry for him because of his decency and for how that will be chipped away by working this job at Jack Williams, Wilkes Barre, Pa. Only reason why I didn't tell the person to pick out the tires that were taken fom my car so that we could assess together their value was because this liar would make life more uncomfortable for the decent person who finds himself working with sleaze. How stupid can people be? Have 3 vehicles and because of this will never buy again at Jack Williams, Wilkes Barre. This is how I will respond to this deception.
