Instamortgage has raised our monthly payments 3 times in the last 4 months since we refinanced our loan for a lower rate. They claimed they never got a declaration of insurance from farm Bureau, which we have had insurance with since 2000. They added homeowners ins. to our account which was almost 4 times the amount of our homeowners ins. with farm Bureau without our consent (they claimed to have sent a letter telling us of their intent). This company is scamming us and I'm sure many others. We signed a contract for one loan amount and in four months the payment has been increased 3 times. We are going to go to our local bank for another refinance, just to get away from these crooks. I would advise that no one do any business with them.
