Jacklyn's Exquisite Poodles Jacklyn Armstrong Commited fraud against me. Calhan, Colorado

I purchased a red t-cup male for breeding. I bought the dog the end of May 2011. I was told that the dog's paper were being filed and I would recieve them soon. It is now July the 13th and I still do not have the AKC papers. I called AKC and was told that Jacklyn had not filed any litters papers in 2011. I have repeatedly tried to call and email her without success. She will not return my calls or emails. My t-cup now weighs 4 1/2 lbs. I cannot use him for breeding because he is to big for my girls. Plus I have no AKC papers on him. I can't even sell him for a decent amout because of his lack of papers. I except that I have been taken but I will not take it lying down. I know that I will never be able to recoup my loss of money I spent for him. But if I had his papers I could at least get a decent price for him. As it stands I will have to place him in a pet home. I  do not understand how someone like Jacklyn and her husband can get away with committing fraud over and over. Thank you for letting me express my dissappointment in Jacklyn as a human being.
