jackson crowder & associates the law office paid them 2000.00 for loan modification that was to start in june 2009, spoke to mortgage company citigroup and they state no company has contacted them or set up any government driven loan modificati Clearwater, Florida

This company promised to help me to get a "free and clear" government loan modification.  I paid them 2000.00 upfront.  They recived a hardship package from me including paystubs bank statementes, and tax records.  they supposedly got auth from my mortgage lender to speak on my behalf and said i never had to speak to mortgage company and not to make any payments till it was all said and done.  well after months of waiting i finally called my mortgage company and they stated no such law office contacted them.  i tried to email them and got and invalid email address error.  i tried to call and voicemail but was to full to leave message.  so  i googled them and every fraud redlight forum came up.  i knew i was in deep trouble, with the mortgage company and my finances.  i was definately caught in the one place i never thought i would be.  the "i thought would never happened to me" place.
