jacksonville ER consultants Reported me to a collection agency, and lied about billing my insurance lake mary Florida

Two years ago i went to the emergency room for a migraine headache. i recieved a shot of pain killer, steroid and anti nausea meds. no ther labs or work. i paid my $100 co pay for an ER visit. I recieved a bill about a month later( i honestly do not remember the datails of the bill) but i immediatly called my insurance co and verified that all had been paid , they said yes it had. i then called the hospital and the concurred that all had beed paid. end of story? nope

After a peek at my credit report i find a strange entry for $545 in collections from a Jacksonville ER Consultants. I call the collection company to find out what it is? It was for services related to a ER visit 2 years ago? shock and confusion. after extensive calls i determine the ER DR had a seperate bill and used Jacksonville er company for billing. After hours( not exagerating) of phone calls and internet research, i find numerous similar complaints about this company and no working phone numbers.....

Today i was able to speak to someone at the "company" and my insurance rep. They claimed to haved billed my insurance and sent out letters.  Insurance has so record of any claim from them and i have no letters. When i comfronted this"rep"  saying there are numerous others complaints similar to mine, she pointed out that even JesusChrist had complaints( really comparing her company to Jesus?). when i pressed as to why they never called she paused an said she had not work my case. then said but oh yeah Taiwan had called me. I replied "what,  i have never gotten a call from taiwan, i am certain."she said yes, they have an "office" in taiwan , and they had spoken with me and i said i would pay them" i said they are lying period. 

this is a scam, they use credit ratings and reports to terrify people into paying. nope, not going to happen.
