First of all, everyone knows the old adage, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." That should have been your first red flag. This whole thing sounds strange to me -- nothing makes sense. I would have NEVER given money for something that is guaranteed to make you money. That in itself sounds suspicious.

Wow, some people will sure go to far extents to try and get a refund, even when it is clearly stated in our terms and conditions you agreed to when becoming a member that we do not issue refunds for consumed material.

Firstly, Jacob Clement's Cash Flow System is Worthless that is why he doesn't Refund your money. Companies whose products are good in most cases have 100% guaranteed refundable policies because they are confident about their products and they know that people will want to keep their products.

Secondly, Jacob's System is definitely a Scam. He is preying on innocent people. He charges a premium price for his worthless system and makes outrageous claims about the money that you could make from his system just to be noticed by the Media. Media doesn't know that his guarantees come with stringent conditions or strings that are hard to satisfy.

Thirdly, whosoever buys his system is trapped in it. Can't get out without losing money. They feel compelled to participate or promote the system and hence become part of the SCAM. Naturally any body who is participating in a Scam, is less likely to report against it. That is how Jacob is getting away with his Scam which borders on Criminality because too many people are participating in it.

Jacob is a Crook and a Con-man. He has designed this evil system to mint himself a lot of money. It is just a matter of time before the word gets out or enough people are outraged by him and the authorities close on him and put him behind bars, the place that he derserves to be at.

Three key elements of his evil worthless system are the premium price, non-refundability and outrageous claims about potential profits. Premium Price and Outrageous claims attract people because they think that it must be very good. Not many people know that their money is not refundable until they are already in it. I think Jacob is an evil genius who understands the human psychology. He knows that firstly most people don't read the terms and conditions because those tend to be lengthy and impregnated with legal terms that most people don't understand. Secondly, he tries to make sure that people won't read the terms and conditions by distracting or blinding them with seemingly outrageous claims and guarantees which people fail to realize have hard to satisfy strings attached.

Don't Buy Cash Flow System, You will regret it because:

Your Money is not refundable if you are not satisfied with the content.

You will definitely be not satisfied with the content because it is worthless.

It is a Scam. The only way you make money is by promoting their system and becoming part of their Scam.

In one of the emails that he sent me dated July 11, 09 he said the following:

"Remember that ultimately you have nothing to lose by trying my completely automated system"

"As always, if you follow my simple instructions, you will average no less than 7,852 dollars each and every month and if you don't, after 90 days I will personally cut you a check for 3,000 dollars. It is very possible to make much more money than that in just one month."

"I have personally used this system since June of 2005 to generate thousands and even tens of thousands every month."

To make the matter evern worse, he assures me how sincere he is about my well being and success by stating, "I want you to know this is personally coming from me and that I am completely sincere when I say that I care about you individually and want to see you succeed and live the life you have always dreamed of having."

According to him I had nothing to lose by trying out his system. I don't understand why he is not honoring his words and refunding my money.

By filing this report, I have done my civil duty to let people know that he is involved in a Scam but it will take time before the word spreads around about the truth about him and his Cash Flow System. My concern is that many innocent people will become victims to his fraud unless he is stopped immidiately from his strong marketing efforts.

Moreover, the onsite video claims something to the effect that you will make thousand dollars a day.

All these guarantees are intended to create an illusion as if Vinitti inc was willing to go far beyond a normal company would do. On the otherhand they would refuse refunding the money to a dissatisfied customer on the day of the purchase is incomprehensible when other companies such as, Clickbank refund their clients within 60 days of purchase, no questions asked.

The only way for me to make money from this system was to be part of their scam and promote it. I had no doubt in my mind that it was a scam and I could not allow myself to be deceiving and defrauding innocent people. I had no choice except to cancel my order.
