I am reporting a collection group which claims they are an attorney firm. They call from early in the morning till late at night. The woman who continues to call said they will not accept my $25 payment. She wanted a list of my income and all my monthly expenses. She asked me why I had not went on ebay to sale the bowflex that I owe on to pay the bill. She also wanted to know what I had bought with my other credit cards that I could sell to pay her with. She wanted to know if I had a tv, she said I didn't need one and I should sell it to pay the bill with. I was trying to let her know my situation and she kept getting ruder and I told her so. She kept telling me I didn't need this thing or that and when I told her she was not listening to me she hung up on me. I don't feel they have the right to ask or say all of this to get money on a debit.
