I am Richard Neil Thorton, President of Cal-Prop. You have been renting from us for 5 years. It is come time to evict you. We sent two certified mail evictions and you do not sign for them. In the last six months we have lost 4 tenants in the 6 unit complex because of you. You are a sinner. The current tenants are trying to make a peaceful, religious place to grow and grow with their children.
Homosexuality is a sin in that complex and you having AIDS can make health issues for the children. After a careful criminal background check it is found out that you are a convicted level 3 sex offender. You lied on your criminal back ground application which we completed this morning. You have 15 days to vacate the premisis peacefully.
Take your welfare self and find a place that accepts child molesters.

"Homosexuality is a sin in that complex and you having AIDS can make health issues for the children" - do you have proof this individual has this disease? Regardless this is a HIPAA violation if you got this information without the person's consent. AND who are you to judge someone else?? YOU rented the property to this person and now you are posting a public forum about this individual which makes you subject to legal recourse which I hope this person takes advantage of. AND FYI "premisis" is not a Word!!
"Take your welfare self and find a place that accepts child molesters." You mean like the Catholic Church, Baptist Church?? Seem they have quite a problem with REAL child molesters. Pathetic.
