Jacob Toback AMS Marketing Services Jacob Toback of AMS Marketing Serices is running a scam and I have 100% proof eden prairie, Minnesota

Obviously this is Jacob or one of his bobos writing the previous rebuttal. The first lie your caught in is that Toback's contracts have a do not compete clause in them, so how did you open up your own business. Secondly, all anyone has to do is call up those dealerships in New York or Florida and they will verify the scam Toback perpetrated on them. Call up the SE. Florida BBB and see the complaints against Toback.If Toback and you--whoever you are- -give just ONE name of a legitimate business you sold your goods to who can verify you are legit. I will bet an awful ot of money that you can't or won't. Nevertheless this is all probably pretty academic because when I filed my complaint against Toback and AMS with the FTC they informed me he is already under investigation. Therefore I'm sure it won't be long before Toback is in jail and/or out of business.

I am writing this in response to a report written by Dave-Eden in Praire, MN.  I am an ex-sales rep for the company and I have nothing but great things to say about the company, AMS marketing and Jacob Toback in particular. I was a sales rep for many years with the company selling products in Michigan and Southern California.

In response to Jacob selling his vouchers to his reps for $29.00 and having them re-sell them for $49.00.  Yes, AMS Marketing is in the business to make a profit.  The sales reps know this, and every company operates with the intention to make a profit. (with the exception of non-profits).  The reps are aware of the spread and make a 50% commision, which is outstanding.

In regards to testimonials on his website.  These were all given by customers using the product taken at thier dealerships.  Some of them are old and management has changed. How is this dishonest in anyway?  Before I came on with the company, I went to several dealerships with Mr. Toback and the General Managers were estatic about Jacob and his products. Businesses don't go around bothering current customers for testimonials every 12 months.

In response to the upcharge in hotel rates in the program.  All the rates are published in Mr. Tobacks brochures.  There is no hidden charges.  I would have never sold them if this was the case.  Mr. Toback has always taken care of my customers.  There was once instance in which one of my customers has a unsatisfied customer.  Mr. Toback, promptly called me and wrote a check from his own pocket for $400.00 to keep the customer happy.  How many business owners do this?  His cell phone is all over his website and you can call her personally.  How many people do this?

In addition, Mr. Toback is an outstanding member of the BBB and has addressed all complaints.  I take this complaint from this individual personally and Mr. Toback helped me make alot of money as a sales rep.  He gave me outstanding sales training and supported me along the way. 

Mr. Toback, thank you for teaching me how to sell and helping me make some money while we worked together.  While we don't work together anymore (I now run my own company), I thank you. I am so sorry that this person from Praire, MN has wrote this slanderous report.  If you have questions I suggest you contact Mr. Toback directly.  Just google his name.  Good Luck.
