Jacobs Overhead Door Think Twice Before Using Cypress Texas

After the mounting bolts for the shaft and spring that operates our garage door came out due to one of the bolts not going into wood, but between two studs, making our garage door inoperative, we called the builder and they referred us to Jacobs Overhead Door Company who installed it. When we called, we explained the situation and was told that they weren't liable even though they installed it. They were quick to offer their services for $108 and couldn't come out until the next day, even though we couldn't get into the garage after 5 days. This company can care less about customer service, even if they didn't install it correctly and showed no compassion for the situation. Don't call them as we found a better company that came and fixed it for $74 and who also came within 30 minutes of the call. Buyer beware of Jacobs Overhead Door who obviously doesn't care about the consumer, only their pocket book.
