I paid Jacqueline Rizk £1,148. She was supposed to help me with my chronic migraines. She got my a DNA test for £150. The rest was £110 for 7 Skype sessions (£770) and the other £228 was for e-mail support. I only ever received 1 skype, her e-mails were obnoxious and I knew she was lying to me about everything after my 1 skype session (I had paid her initially over £200 for a consultation to see if she could help me and she said she could) she kept me waiting for a month for a diet plan her and the gut expert from the mayo clinic were working on (I knew she was lying) she told me that 1 of the Mayo clinic Drs said I enjoyed being ill (again, I knew she was lying) she told me she'd sent me some tinctures and again I knew she was lying. I played along because she had all my money. I rang 2 of the 4 mayo clinic's in America and they told me (as I already knew) that Drs at the Mayo clinic only consult with other Drs whose patients are also patients at the Mayo clinic. She's not a Dr and I'm not a patient at the Mayo clinic. When I confronted her, she ignored all my e-mails and blocked me on social media. Before she said she would give me a partial refund. Even though she's a con artist who shouldn't of taken any of my money and she actually made me sicker, I only expect the £660 back for the 6 Skype sessions I paid for and didn't receive. I'm still paying the money off. She knows I'm disabled and only work part time. I'm my opinion she's got narcissistic personality disorder. She also steals other people's pictures and puts them on her Instagram account and pretends they are hers.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company

You got 4 session

Be honest here.  You got access to three different protocols, had constant email contact with me and used it, did not want to follow protocols, tweaks to the protocols, had 5 hours of consultations with me (not just one like you claim), and were still doing many other things, taking many other supplements not on treatment plan, and unwilling to do anything that resembled what I asked you to do  to get better.

Nobody ever said I worked with the Mayo Clinic. I had access to friends that answered questions I needed to be answered when you seemed to need extra answers.  I never claimed to work at the Mayo Clinic!  That was your inference.

I'm sorry, but the time and energy I took with you (not to mention the numerous supplements sent that you claimed to have never received but I got a delivery receipt) was far more than you paid me.

I'm not sure why anyone assumes that you get to pay for something (a service delivered over and over) and lie blatantly about what you really got in hopes of gaining sympathy.  Don't you know I record my Skype calls? Don't you know I document every single email in which questions were answered?  Don't you know I record my time?

I believe in customer satisfaction but I have served over 450 clients that have diligently worked to help me help them and I am not going to allow someone that refused to do what was necessary to help me give them the support they needed including stopping all other treatments while on the protocols.
