I started driving for Nikki in august 2016. I met her when I was driving for lyft. We got to talking and offered my a job being a private driver for her taking her on errands ect. First thing I did for her was drive her to Temecula and I purchased $40.00 worth of wine for her and her friend before I left to go get her. I made the trip and dropped her off at gated community and wait for her to be done with her buisness over there. I ended up waiting 5 hours for her to tell me to leave with out her. She told me to use the Lyft app for the ride back which ended all together ended up being a $500 dollar ride. By the time I made it home the Lyft app had froze and I didnt receive the money. So I contacted Lyft and so did she. After that I didnt see her for about 3 weeks and then she finally contacted me needing something else. I ended up taking her taking on errands and was payed the money I was promised. At the time I was working for Ralphs and she propisitioned my with the idea of working for her full time. I had some drama going in my life at the time and was frusted with my job at Ralphs which I had been employed with for the past 3 years. So the thought of change sounded good to me which the pay was. So I started driving for her part time kept my employment at Ralphs still unsure of working for her full time until I had some sort of contract written up with her. I decided to finally put in my 2 weeks at Ralphs and start working for her full time. I was quite excited for job basically being her personal driver and having more free time. One thing I did notice the first few months driving for her is I kept having to wait to get payed by her and she almost never payed me in full when she said she was. This went on for months. I fell behind on bills and she seemed to always have some sort of excuse and everytime I brought up a contract she said she would need her lawyer to draw one up. She would have me drive her to see her boyfriend and have me wait outside and wait on her all the time. she did pay for gas but she didnt pay me for time spent running errands and doing her bidding. eventually I met her sister Danielle and started driving her around. Her sister made sure to pay me for my time which was nice. Nikki at the time told me to keep her buisness with me secret from Danielle which was also fishy. months go by and I overhear Nikki on the phone, her mom had passed. So after that happenned I started driving Danielle and her Aunt around for funeral planning, taking them to appointments and daily errands. I had no problems with the aunt or sister when it came to being payed it was only Nikki that I seemed to have issues with getting payed.

One of the many things she had me do was go to the courthouse to get bankrupcy forms that she said were for her friend and really they were for her. Meanwhile I assume she was paying me with the money she was getting from Kevin her boyfriend. I also started picking up rental cars for her boyfriend all the time. Mean while she would tell people we were meeting that I was her assistant to make people think she is some sort of highroller or something. She seemed to talk like she was some sort of Hollywood mogul with a bunch bunch of buisness contacts. She then started bringing to my attention starting a buisness of opening a bar in la and that she had the right contacts and knew the right people and could get it done. The catch was she wanted me to get the loan and open a joint buisness account and pay for the start up cost which would have been thousands of dollars. Luckily I got denied the for the loan because she gave me a fake paystub with my name on it that said I worked for some company in New York. So the buisness thing completely fell through. After the fake paystub and the buisness scam she tried to pull I stopped doing anything for her and cut ties. 3 months go by and I get $320.00 withdrawal from my account. She disputed a charge that was made to me for working for her and the money was drawn from my account. I figured that she must have called the bank and got the money back. In the last few weeks I've found out that she has done this to multiple people for far larger sums of money using the same tactics she did with me. I found reports of her stealing from people in New York and all over LA. In one of the reports I read that through her work she had access to peoples credit card information and was double and triple charging peoples accounts and cost the place worked at upwards @200k, Which my guess would be why she came back to california. People need to know about Nikki. Justice needs to be served its not right to have her stealing and commiting fraud against myself and all these people.
