Jacquie Lawson is an on-line greeting card company. They have no phone number listed, I paid via pay pal for 2 years of unlimited cards. Five months later I got an email to change my password for security reasons, they will send a link in one hour. It has been a week no link, I have sent them numerous emails requesting a link and letting them know I cannot send cards. I have until Jan 2016 to use the cards its May of 2014. Pay pal wont refund me since its past their 45 day limit time. I saw an F rating via Chiciago Better Business Bureau for Jacquie Lawson but they are located in the United Kingdom according to Pay Pal - BBB has no phone number either. It was 12.00 for one year or 18.00 for 2 years I paid 18.

After contacting the executive offices at American Greetings - getting no where from their other departments after I found out for SURE American Greetings owns it - it FINALLY has been resolved- they stated its HOTMAIL that has issues even though I was getting ALL their new cards (just couldnt send them) and their other emails apparently a GLITCH between hotmail and their site to re-set my password - so they have now resolved it using my GMAIL account. WHEW took so many months and emails and letters and complaints, FINALLY its working!!!
