The company is Jade Technologies, the website is www.jadesp.com . The owner is Jeff Rondeau. This website sells telephone dialing time to be used with their dialing program "The Jade Predictive Dialer". On June 16, 2007, I purchased 50 hours of time for $142.50 using a link in his program for purchasing time. The time never runs out. The last time I logged-out of the program, a few months ago, I had 48 hours remaining. This past Thursday I tried to log in to use the dialer and my account was disabled. I called tech support on their toll-free number posted on the site and spoke with Jeff Rondeau, the owner of the program. He informed me that he had been using resellers and that they did not pay him for the time I purchased, therefore he has terminated my account. The Link to purchase time is in his program. That he chose to use resellers is between him and his resellers. As a user I had no way of knowing that I was purchasing time from anyone other that his company. He has chosen not to take responsibility for a poor business decision on his part, that is, to allow full access to his program to outside vendors. As a consumer and user of the program I had no way of knowing that I was dealing with a reseller, if in fact that was the case.

I believe that Jeff, the owner, knowing that it has been 4 and a half months since I purchased my time and that the company they use . . . PayPal, only has a 60 day window for recovering money from merchants that use their system, is using this as a way to make customers purchase additional time.

In my eyes this is Fraud inasmuch as he is not honoring the time that I purchased from him. Since it is his program and his website I know that he must have a record of the time remaining in my account.

Dispute Resolved

AUTHOR: John g - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, December 31, 2007

Jeff has offered to double any new time that I purchase from his program in an effort to resolve my dispute over the time that I lost.
Jade Technologies has the lowest prices of any Hosted Precictive dialers presently on the internet. I will be opening a new account.
