I am a plumber in the insurance industry. This guy approaches me in a super friendly manner and asks me for broken pipes so that he can get denied claims covered for homeowners insurance claims. He also would try to poach clients from plumbers and offer high referall fees in exchange. Stay away from Jae Park he seems friendly and super nice in person but does a lot of shady things on the down low. I have had a few of my clients getting investigated from hiring his company. If anyone else is approached or has gone through this let me know so I can report him. Apparently he precviously worked for the insurance company as a large loss adjuster. I am pretty sure Jae Park & Associates uses fake reviews as well.

I am a plumber in the insurance industry. This guy approaches me in a super friendly manner and asks me for broken pipes so that he can get denied claims covered for homeowners insurance claims.
