Jaf Beauty LLC Joshua Fuchs, owner They run the fair circut , charged me $3700 for a product tha t costs approx. $ 2,000 or a bit less. They took my money and a few hours later I returned product, I opened the L.E.D. light box and it said "Do not use if u have Lupus or Seizure disorder, which I do so I tried to return in under 24 hours and they said no because I opened the box. All I did was open box ,look inside and saw I could not use it. They also did a bait and switch on all the products creams etc. Insted of breaking down the cost of each item they lumped it all together on receipt under the heading of the L.E.D. machine which they would not take back, so I was out $3,700. Be careful of this organization. I do not believe they are legit, even though they have run the fair circuit for a couple of years. Once the credit card went through and I wanted my money back they would not speak English , so I could understand them and they were lying as to who the real owner is and telling me I would have to call some other guy, just moments after Joshua, stated that he was the owner. Then I asked for a business card, and they don't have them, They don't have a web site either. I assumed since our lovely county fair sponsered this event that they would not let crooks in. However I spoke with Jenny the lady who allows the folks to purchase a booth, said there is no way to know if they are conartists ornot.I am a senior and they took total advantage of me,. I want my credit card reimbursed, or I am filing a police report.
