Jaguar Sales ripoff door-to-door magazine sales Las Vegas Nevada

Kid came to my door saying he wanted to be "inspired" and if I would tell him what I did for a living, then proceeded to tell me he was trying to win a trip and would I be interested in a magazine subscription. Since I had intended to get my daughter one as part of a birthday gift I looked through the choices and found the prices quite steep but chose one that was moderately inexpensive, ($58 for 4 years)

I was told that because i had listed my email address, I could check the status of my subscription when i recieved my email confirmation in 5-7 days, and also update my subscription if I had a change of address. That was 9/5/05 and I have yet to hear from the company.

I also find it strange that I would have these kids drop by 2-3 times a month and since that last encounter have not seen another.
