Manoj Nandwana from Jai Viratra Entertainment Ltd signed a legal agreement to invest in a 12 million dollar American Film Investment with Switchblade Entertainment LLC, with a goal of making 3 movies a year for 5 years flaked on ALL accounts.
American producer's from Switchblade Entertainment LLC invested a month of time and money in Mumbai, India in collaborating with Manoj Nandwana from Jai Viratra Entertainment Ltd.
After American producer's from Switchblade Entertainment LLC spent over 75k in Mumbai, India with PR Team headed by Nikhil Kumar with travel, expenses, and a guarentee to meet qualified investor's, they found one who agree'd with the 12 million dollar package, Manoj Nandwana from Jai Viratra Entertainment Ltd.
Afthe the agreement was reviewed and apporved by both Switchblade Entertainment LLC and Manoj Nandwana from Jai Viratra Entertainment Ltd by both parties lawyers and bankers in June 2012 with an active date of September 31st 2012, Manoj Nandwana from Jai Viratra Entertainment Ltd stopped contacting Switchblade Entertainment LLC producers.
Manoj Nandwana from Jai Viratra Entertainment Ltd is not to be trusted on any accounts because not only does his word mean nothing, apparently legally signed contracts don't either.
Manoj Nandwana from Jai Viratra Entertainment Ltd should be considered a fraud on all accounts and future partners be warned that he is not a man of his word and even if future partners sign a legal contract, he will back out and stop contact all together.
Manoj Nandwana from Jai Viratra Entertainment Ltd is not to be trusted and should be considered a joke.
