JAIL.COM/JAILBASE.COM They are publishing my arrest details, and is sending me to company who will remove it for $400. NA Internet

The people are Jail.com and Jailbase are cowards. They don't want to publish their own contact information. They don't want to public to know who they are and where they operate from. When i did a GoDaddy Who is search, it appears that they are using Privacy Protection to seal their ownership information. I can't beleive the US Goverment is allowing this sort of scheme to happen. Jail.com and it's owners are smart. While Jail.com doesn't take a fee to remove arrest information, they will send you to their only advertiser who can remove it, INTERNET REPUTATION.com.  Internet repuation claims to have to only proprietary secrect to remove your arrest information.  My common sense tells me that the owners of Jail.com have to be affilated with Internet Reputation, or some sort of kickback deal is happening.  I think the local channel 9 new in Colorada should investigate Internet Reputation. 

I know for a fact that i would never mess or play around with people by publishing their arrest information. I would be afraid to sleep at night if i was in this type of business, for fear that somebody would hurt me. I know for a fact that the operators of Jail.com and Jailbase feel this way as well and yet they take the risk, that is why they chose to hide their information, and use a foreign company in Austrilia to beat the system of open public records.

Let me tell you something what i belive in, KARMA !! They can run, but they can't hide forever. Someday, somebody will expose them and find their personal information and let it loose everywwhere on the internet. When this happends it will be too late for them. The vultures will devour the owners/operators. People will seek revenge on them. They are hated people!!  They are making money the wrong way, their money isn't blessed.  They should find another business model instead of preying on people who got arrested for simple things like expired tags,failure to show up in court, suspended license, DUI with no accident, and reckless driving. They in my opinion are petty offenses. If you didn't harm anyone, or pose a threat to soceity, then why must your mug shot be publish forever on the internet .

Some people are remorseful and want to put the stupid things they did, behind them. They are not hardended criminals.

For the people who live in Florida, we are perhaps going to be the last state to adap mug shot extortion laws. However late in October this year, FLORIDA BILL SB 276 might offer us some relief. However everybody needs to write two important people to make sure it gets PASSES. Go to Sentors DARREN SOTO AND MARIA LORTS SACHS website's and write to them. Tell them that you support them and want this bill to be passes. Tell them that extortion is wrong, tell them how you have been affected, tell them that you want your life back, tell them that they must put up a fight against in oppositon with money. A previous bill was proposed by Carl Zimmerman, but he said it was shut down by the opposition who had money. Let's make sure this doesn't happen again, and make sure this bill passes to give us relief. Stop being lazy, do not think other accomplish what you want, you have to add your voice. i took time to write this lengthly rip off report about jail.com.  Here are the things that i have done so far :

1. I wrote to Matt Cutss of Google to let him know this GOOGLE's agorithem is being beat by these mugshot websites. They found a way to rank high and beat the algorithm . Tell him to do something about it. Tell him you want these exortortion websites to be banned from Google. He has a Facebook and blogger website.

2. I paid but they not get any service to from an extortion site who was to remove my arrest information, so i did a chargeback . The chargeback i did will go against their merchant account. Their ability to process credit card will get shut down.  Many chargebacks will shut them down. So chargeback if you paid them and they took your money and did nothing.  

3. I am going to write the Governor of Florida, so that he can intervene and stop this nonsense. The mugshot website are in business for profit only. They have commercialized the business while saying it is the right of the public to know, and they love to cite free speech law, and collect money to remove the same free speech. PURE NONSESE AND HYPOCRISY. 

4.  Go to ICANN.ORG and file a report against the website . Let them know they are engaged in extortion.

5. Whenever you see an advertiser on any of the mugshot websites, write to the company and tell them to stop adverting with an extortionist website or else you will stop buying their products. Tell them you will boycott their products if they continue to support these extortion website. Inform them to cease their advertising on these websites.  If you do this, it will cut down the mug shot website's source of revenue. One lawyer for a mug shot website said that advertising contributed to 50 pecent of their revenue. Well not anymore !!!!! We will cripple your extortion business !!

To the owner's of jail.com , you should stop hurting people. If you mission if about public safety them leave the hardendened criminials on your site, not the people with petty misdeamors !!  You need to fix the OPT OUT LINK ON JAIL.COM . I have written you many emails about the broken out out link not being present, and you always reply with this sentence " we are working to update our database, stay tuned ". FIX IT NOW !!
