Jais Perets MMF Solutions Inc. False Claim Internet, New York

On February 10, 2010, Jais Perets of http://www.makemefertile.com/ , and http://www.makemeheal.com/ company name MMF Solutions Inc. was issued a merchant account to process credit cards for his fertility website through Instabill.com . All terms and conditions of his contract were discussed with him prior to him signing a contract and paying a nominal set up fee of $499.  3 months later, and 0 transactions processed, Jais Perets has now fraudulently disputed the small set up fee he paid to Instabill with his Issuing Bank.

 

Jais Perets claims,

 

To my great surprise, I saw that you have charged my American Express for a service that we have not at all used and that you misrepresented the facts when you sent that contract before you told me that your terms are different from what you first told me. I find your company misleading, to say the least.

 

Jais Perets not only is being deceitful to Instabill and to his Credit Card company, every statement he makes is either inaccurate or outright false.

 

Instabill has a signed invoice from Jai Perets whereby he provided his

New York street

address and credit card CVC2 code ( unique 3 digit password appearing on the bank of a cardholders credit card). Jais also seems to have forgotten that he inputted his MasterCard credit card details on his signed invoice, not American Express as he claims. I trust that he realized this once American Express were unable to locate the transaction he proclaims to be in error.

 

Instabill has alerted his credit card company of his false claim, we have submitted his signed contract and credit card invoice as clear evidence to overturn his dispute.
