Fees were required to process the grant and over $9,645.00 was paid in fees of various nature claiming the fees were required for processing. One last fee was always the last to be paid and distribution was next. Being there was never a deposit made to my account, and fees seemed to continue, I requested cancellation and a return of the amount paid for fees collected.
