James Charles Smith Jr. Funding Fraud Cathedral City California

James Charles Smith Jr. requested 3000.00 from me to enter a so called funding program as an investment.  He sent a copy of a driver's license which I am not sure is him in Cathedral City, California.  He also emailed a promissory note claiming that he would return my money in 14 days if I didn't receive the funding.  It's been a year and every time I contact him he claims the auditors are auditing and it will take more time.  He also claims to be a church going individual and I guess that's suppose to make you trust him.  He had me to deposit the money into a wells fargo account and I don't hear from him any more.  He always answers the emails stating something about auditors and it will be done.  It's obvious lies and he has stolen my money.  Beware he is a trhief and claiming to be a good honest family man.
