James earl Hartley born March 23 ,1973 . Grew up in Patchogue. Mothers name is Lucille Brown. His brother is Joe Brown.
Looking for him to give uo all rights of his eight year old son that he hasn't seen since he was two years old. I am married now and my son and I want his step father to adopt him he can't go through with until we have James Hartley aka Earl or "E" give up rights.
Earl was very abusive and is a real dead beat in and out of jail never going anywhere. Owes over $69,000 in child support he has only paid $17 in the past four years. We went to court four years ago because they pulled in him on a warrant.
He received four months for back child support.I asked my attorney to ask him if he would give up his rights I would terminate all orders of child support and never go after another penny, Earl said no way. If any one has any info where he may be please contact me. I know he is consistly in and out of jail , he has a daughter by someone else. Please contact me with any information . My son and I would greatly appreciate it.
