James F. Caplan, Law Office Paid money for modification, lost home. North Palm Beach Florida

Law Office of James F. Caplan, told me that they could save my home and get me a loan mod completed.  I paid $3000 and continuously faxed paperwork to them for 4 months.  My bank was stating that they had not had any communication with Caplan during these months that they supposedly were working on my loan. Caplan had also told me not to maintain contact with my bank so as to not confuse my lender with their (Caplan)'s modification and my contact. They also waited to the last week or two before submittng my paperwork.  There was no time to waste, I had told them the sale date for my property.  Lost my home 3 years ago.  The Attorney General made contact with them;I was able to get half my money back. Should have been the full amount but I was facing eviction and only had a short period to vacate my premises after 15 years.
