Porter Finance Trading Account Issuses:

Since opening my Porter Finance trading account in December of 2015, my trading experience had been generally positive with Porter broker, Nicolas Bailey, both in terms of professionalism, and trade size rational.

However, things took a decidedly different turn when on 6/9/2016 when Nicolas brought in Porter broker Dennis Nazarov to trade my account.  Trading went from a Nicolas style of predominantly $1,000 hyper trades to numerous 7K, 9K, and $10,000 high/low etc.; trades resulting in losses of $100,000 plus in one trading day. Needless to say, this turn of events raised considerable questions regarding an ongoing relationship with Porter finance.

 After an extended call, and assurances by Nicolas that the account would be brought back up to the previous $100,000 plus level, and termination of any further trading activity with Dennis N., and an additional $15,000 deposit made on 6/14/2016, Nicolas took over trading my account again.  However, due to ongoing issues, my account has not been traded by a Porter broker since 10/14/2016, and despite the fact Nicolas said via email (11/11/2016) that he would resume trading; it has never materialized.  

I’ve recorded numerous  audio/video recordings of my personal trading activity with Porter, and find entry point prices are NOT as shown or represented on the screen. Entries are changed by 3 bips (verified via numerous recordings) opposite the direction of the trade, meaning the trader (me) is at a 3 bip disadvantage upon entering each and every trade. This obviously isn’t a random occurrence, but is in fact a deliberate adjustment intended to tip the scales in favor of someone other than this trader.

Now the latest frustration comes when over the past few weeks I’ve personally communicated with Porter finance on 20 plus separate occasions (chat-phone-email) regarding closing my account.  I’ve extended what any reasonable person would consider a sufficient amount of time to address, and process this simple request, yet to date the request is still pending.  

Therefore, I've made the choice to share my experiences, and based on those experiences would NOT recommend trading with this company under any circumstanses. 

At the suggestion/s of the credit card companies, I’ve prepared a detailed report setting forth, and outlining past communication records, chats, emails, voice recordings between myself, and customer support (011-44-203-519-2532), including audio/video recordings of trading sessions either by myself, and/or between myself, and Porter brokers demonstrating some Porter brokers aggressive tactics relative to trading size, and enticements for additional account funding.

Currently I have $95,329.10 that I am awaiting their return back to my credit card accounts, and/or my personal bank account.
