James Harris, Harris Storefront Realty Beware! Nonpayment for $50,000+ services! Brookfield Wisconsin

Beware of this realtor...We performed over $50,000 worth of work (80+ orders) for James Harris one year ago and has yet to pay us for the services performed. We had multiple communications from James that he would be paying us and not once when we began these inquiries were we told of ANY issues with the services provided.  We have already paid all parties associated with these properties and were lied to, as once all work was completed James decided to cut off all communication. We have been trying for the past year to collect payment for services performed while amicably asking for updates without placing any lien's or filing a lawsuit as we expected James to live up to his word and honor the orders he contracted us to perform. We are now forced to file a lawsuit that includes damages above and beyond these contracted prices (includes our legal fees and outside cost of collection) and again implore everyone to beware of this Realtor.
