I consulted mr james hooks as he said he can help our company grow and raise funds told me he needed money for transportation  for meeting supplies etc i ended up handing over to him over 10,000 he has not returned my calls since and now his number is disconnected. i noticed he has been scamming people for years see below i should have been more cautious word to tghe wise,. BEWARE.
