This creep rented an apartment from us in Charlottesville claiming he was going to go the Darden Business School; he rented the apt sight unseen.
I thought this was a red flag and that he was VERY weird but I felt sorry for the loser since his wife had just ditched him.
Four months later he appeared without notice.
Meanwhile, he told us his elderly mother had been paying his rent.
After moving in and refusing to sign a lease...Jim never paid rent again nor ONE utilitiy bill (while enjoying free electric; tv, telephone and internet).
The worst part is...he never cleaned the apartment once after being there for 4 months.
Jim Jaimeson was legally evicted Jan 20th and is now NOWHERE to be found.
We plan to attach a judgement to his social security.
Do NOT rent to this jerk!
Do not beleive him!
He lies more than Trump!!!
Here's one he told us..."Why would I pay you the rent when I'm making so much money in the stock market."
