 This person answers Craiglists ads to work on houses and cars and anything in between. He will come and give you a quote. Write out an estimate and ask for half the cash up front. He will act as though he is going to purchase the parts, equipment, etc. and you won't see him again for a long time. He will come back without receipts or new items and then work for less than a half hour, ask for more cash and make an excuse that he has to leave.

He will start another person's job and do the same to them. He gets half the money, says he is going to buy the parts or whatever and comes back a second time, working for a few minutes, makes an excuse to leave after asking for more cash.

He will not finish one of the jobs that he starts. He took off on his landlord on the corner of Central Ave and 7th Street in Norwich, CT.  He is staying at the hotel across the street from the bowling alley in Norwichtown called the Rosemont Inn. 

His girlfriend's name is Stephanie and both have drug problems with crack.  He shows up drunk to the jobs and will tell you to watch out for people you meet on Craigslist. He will say that his girlfriend will help him and she will come with him and work for 10-15 minutes and then they both leave again, after asking for more cash cause he needs to buy a tool to finish the job. 

She lost her kid because of drugs and will bring a young guy with him to work with him and never pay the guy.  He will say his word is his bond but he is nothing but a con artist and liar and got a real good scam going on.

Don't hire him for anything. He will tell you that he can do auto repairs, split logs, electrical work, plumbing anything you need and will never finish anything after taking your cash and taking off.  He won't answer a text because he says his screen is all messed up. 

He won't come back because he is moving, getting a new job, has to study for the new job, he is overwhelmed, took on too much, underestimated the cost and the list goes on.

This drunk and drug addict has a great scam going on. Do not hire Jim aka James Clang of A to Z Home Repairs, A to Z Auto Repairs or Jim Clang (who is also on Facebook) because you will be ripped off and he will steal your money and never finish any job.

He is a bold faced drunken, drug addict liar with a red truck with a bad exhaust system.  Beware of Jim Clang and Stephanie. I hope DCF and Josh's father (her son) does not return that kid to the mother's custody because his life will be that of a gypsy of drunken rednecks.
