James Malinchak of James Malinchak International started his first-ever coaching program during one of his live events in Las Vegas.
He charged $6997 for the "coaching program." He DID NOTHING, offered no services, never responded and kept the money, and never refunded a single penny of my money.
He has been reported to the Attorney General, BBB and the Chamber of Commerce. I'm now suing him because it is still within the statute of limitations for state of Nevada.
James Malinchak brags all over his websites about being a multi-millionaire now (completely exaggerated for certain) yet he hides behind a voicemail system and a bogus info@malinchak.com email address so he cannot be reached, and he CAN'T give a refund of $6997?
Ripoff Scam Artist Practices are being done here for sure.
Do not buy Malinchak products and services. Beware of his testimonials on his website as well. Trust me...beware of the source of the relationships of the people who are giving testimonials...not exactly the whole truth in terms of what you read.

It seems this person has fallen through the cracks or something. I have seen James and his content and was sceptical untill I saw it for myself. I have not taken the coaching program yet but I am planning on it this year. I do know people who have taken it and are doing great. It is a real business transformer IF YOU APPLY IT. I have talked to real peopole not actors or anything the have used it and it works for them. This is a business service the price is small compared to the amount of return on the investment for just a few changes to your business.

I do not work for James Malinchak. I have not been to a full Malinchak coaching event. However, I have bought one of his smaller packages. It was worth a hundred times what I paid for it. James knows an enormous amount about how to be a successful public speaker. His insights are many and useful
