I had a very similar incident happen to me and my family. We paid for a job to be done, he kept rescheduling and rescheduling finally we ended up buying our own materials additional money out of our pocket. Several months later he sent a crew out to do the job 2 guys ha not enough for the job. They could not even cut the metal panels straight. Then he had them try to do a patch job well that didnt work. Then he claimed he needed an additional material for under the metal panels but could not afford the entire roll since it was so big and he only needed a little bit to fix our job. Our cover leaks all over the place and has caused an enormous amount of water to get in the house. Finally after 4 years we were able to get the insurance company to assess the damage he caused and then we had to pay another company to come out and fix the job but this did not fix all of the sheet rock damage that was caused by his crappy workmanship. This man is a habitual criminal who was recently convicted for stealing over $45,000.00 from his customers (felony aggravated theft). He has a very long record of other offenses as well, he is a violent individual who has been treated with bi-polar and I have been told that he has multiple kids in which he doesnt pay child support on either. A true looser, if you ask me. I know of several other people out there who have been dooped by him and plan to take action. DO NOT PAY HIM CASH AND ONLY MAKE CHECKS TO THE COMPANY keep a record you will probably need it for court. Finally if you are looking for him he is still doing business all over the Houston and surrounding areas even in chemical and the school districts BE WARE of HIM.
