JAMES & PICORELLY Fraudulant Law Firm MIAMI Florida

Since 2004 I have a contract with a Gym called Lady of America in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. I bring to the company my personal account to debit the amount of 19.99 per month and when I checked my bank statement I saw that they duplicated my debit with 2 different numbers of contract. I contacted the gym and they said to me that is was a mistake because someone in Florida have my same name. I request an explanation for that and never received response. I called several times and one day they told me that they are going to credit to my contract the money. I told them that I'm not interesting to continue with the contract and I need to know the amount of the penalty that I have to paid for that. Never received nothing from the company.

Later I received a phone call from James & Picorelly, identified as a law firm. The person told me that in some many times they sent me letter to my address indicating that I owed close to $800.00 from the gym contract. I explained to the person that I'm disputing with the company why they have 2 contract with my name and my bank account. The person told me that they are going to check out and call me back. Never received a phone call or letter from James & Picorelly. Later in September 4, 2007 I was contacted by the firm being told that I owed close to $2,800.00 and that he have in his hand a complaint against me with a judgment from a Federal Judge. Never he told me the name of the judge. He told me that he can offer me a settlement of $1,500 that I have to paid only by credit card and they can't bring to me a plan of payment. Later he told me that I have only 7 business day to paid that amount or if not I'm going to received a federal marshal to my office to take my salary in guarantee of my complaint.

He did not want to send me by fax all the documents that he suppose to have in his hand. Why I never received information from them, why they no accept a plan of payment, why they only accept the total amount to be charge to a credit card. Something is wrong with this law firm James & Picorelly. They never sent to me any information about my dispute of my double contract with a person with my same name and same bank account in Florida. The person trying to intimidate me by the threat. They have my social security number, my address and my phones numbers that only the gym supposed to know that information.
