Total SCAM ARTISTS James R Hooks has ripped me off of 2,680 the company also has two other indiviuals that i would like to name in this incident it is ERIN BAXTER AND ROBERT SEAN COLLINS, ROBERT was the person whom represented thier company through paypal for payment AS (HCW ENTERPRISES) and erin was the supposed secretary, i hired this company back in the end of febuary 20,2009 for business services ,ie: obtain and purchase a corporation, consultation, help with funding for business, the company has not delivered any of these services to me when i contact the owner JAMES HOOKS at 949-241-5810 949-241-5810 or866-526-3924 or try emailing he never responds or calls back, his voicemail box is always full ,i send text messages email ,for a refund and i get no answer services hat they were to provide were to take a maximum of 45 days to complete, no one in this company has returned my calls or emails .i contacted also the fbi internet fraud division , they advertise thier services on craigslist in the new york section the week of the 15 of febuaray it stays on for seven days.
here is additional information on the other two people that work for the company i believe erin is james girlfriend.

www.hcwusa.com now change to www.hooksenterprises.com since they rip off so many people and also changed there company name to SOP Holdinggs saying that the last one was bought and that all ex consumers will get a refund but never did they answer the phone at all james new numbers are direct 310-245-7259 toll free 877-755-5069 corporate 310-933-5069 he has a virtual office and i can see why so no one would find him.

This is Robert Sean Collins and I have nothing to do with any scams via
paypal. James runs his own business which I have nothing to do with. The
only link I have to those profiles is that my address was used to
verify. I have called paypal to confirm this. Those paypal accounts are
closed and paypal has acknowledged that I have no link other than my
address. Henceforth, refrain from using my name in association with James
Robert Hooks. Any complaint you have against James Hooks needs to stay against him. DO NOT LIBELOUSLY USE MY NAME.
