James Roberts Kihyun Kwon - name on the Check Says he's a photographer for an Individual Modeling agency in Virginia sends check to overpay Providence, Rhode Island

I sell Avon and have an online website in which people can shop online or contact me for help if you cannot order online or find a product. I received an email asking for help ordering some products by a guy named "James Roberts" however I told him how he can order online and he told me he worked for an independent modeling photographer in virginia beach, virginia.

Said he was coming here for a photo shoot and wanted to order some stuff they could use, it was very professional looking and he had everything nicely listed out with the item numbers and all.

When I told him the order was in he said I would be getting a certified check in 24hrs so Im thinking he's good for it as I was skeptical at first it just seemed odd but he seemed so sincere and said God bless at the end of his emails.

Then he wrote back stating that the payment was sent but his "SPONSOR" goofed up the check and sent it for too much he added their flight fare to it, why not cancel it and send a new one? Hmm So I take the check to a bank and they check it for funds we find out the account is CLOSED probably due to fraud or stolen or who knows.

He says his name is James Roberts from Virginia, the payment came from FairField Ca the check says Kihyun Kwon saint louis Mo, he asked me to send the payment to this address: Name: Dale Sweeting

I want this jerk caught WHOEVER and whatever his name is pls be alerted! for pament of 112 they sent a check for Over $1400 if they would have cashed it I would be out 1300$ and they would have made profits Plus I have to ship back the merchandise, its not like they are going to Come pick it up after ripping me off!
