We hired Mr Schmier back in 2013 when we got pulled over with CW in the car.  We paid the $750 in retainer fees.  We got a call in May 30^th  2014 that they were finally brining this before the court and he was going to have an arraignment day at that time he told us there was NO warrant out but to be safe and keep head low so that no other charges would be pending on myself make court easier.  We heard from him one other time in June that he was talking o district prosecutor and he would get back to me.  On July 20^th we started calling and e mailing on a daily basis and nothing from him.  I found out from Officer McMillen that there was a warrant issued on May 4^th and his exact words were “Charles attorney was made aware of this when the warrant was issued.  I have spoke with his attorney several times on this matter.”  Not once did he inform me that a warrant was issued for my arrest and it was 2 months later before I turned myself in making me look like I was running from the cops.   Since June we have not heard from our attorney.  We sent him certified letter on July 29^th giving him till Aug 10^th to get in contact with us.  We had to hire another attorney due to the fact Mr. Schmier took our money and left us high and dry when it came time for the initial arraignment.  We never signed ANY agreement and we asked for our retainer fee back but he still has yet to return it or a phone call pertaining to the matter.
