Now it seems a bit late to write this in hoping to assist innocent people from getting scammed by James Simpson.  He goes by several aliases such as James Miller, Jeffrey Blaine Stoddard, and many more apparently.  I first met Mr. Simpson at a gay bar in Palm Springs.  He said he was a financial wizard and could me out. 

Long story short - he conned me into giving him my social security number and other vitals so he could help me apply for a car loan and personal loans to help me pay off some debt.  I wasn't that much into any kind of debt but I wanted to get ahead.  And besides he claimed he knew all about cars and could negotiate a great deal for me.  He took money from my bank account using my information and he is being sued right now.  Im trying to get back my $3,550.00 back that he stoled from my bank account.

So, now here I am having to make this report so other innocdent people does not get ripoped off by James Simpson.  I had an investigator look for him and he found out all of his criminal records with Riverside County Courts, CA and several criminal reports and fraud in Washington state to.

Evidence of his being in prison 3 times for felonies and arrested over 22 times in California.  Seems he commited passport fraud, insurance fraud, assault and battery violation protetctive orders, etc.  And apparently a (((REDACTED))).

I sincerely hope people will see this before they get scammed.
