James Spicer, doing business as vom Holtzman German Shepherds, has failed to honor the agreement that he made when I got a dog from his program, Stacy vom Holtzman.

We got Stacy as a replacement dog when she was too young to OFA.  Now that she has documented unilateral elbow dysplasia he will not return phone calls or e-mails.  He is not willing to refund the considerable investment we have in this dog.  He maintains that there is no such thing as unilateral dysplasia and that the dog should be bred.

We have attempted to make contact and arrange to return the dog to her breeder but her breeder is unwilling to accept her.
