UNSKILLFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE, INCOMPETENT, CALLOUS PERSON.

This is how I will describe James Welsh of Cabinet Wright STL. 

In May I gave a list of cabinets I needed. James came home reviewed the cabinet measurements. He introduced himself as Navy Veteran and since I respect Veterans and BELIEVING him to be a NAVY man who will keep his word I wrote him a check for total amount. In June 1st week he came to install the cabinets.

First thing he did not bring all the cabinets I orderded.

Sercond he messed up original measuremnents and I need to pay for extra cabinets.

Third he messed the wall cabinet above the microwave by cutting the wrong side for power receptacle. It has a big hole in it.(see pics)

Fourth he did not have toe kickers to finish the job and promised to come back in a week with missed cabinets & toe kickers.TROUBLE STARTED HERE.

Fifth he didnt align the island base cabinets properly. The flooring has been installed and there was no room to align granite island counter top. This is were I lost it. To fix this problem I need to make the flooring contractor remove the lvt tiles, it means buy additional flooring material and pay the flooring guy to reinstall. For James's unprofessinal work the whole sequence of countertop installation got delayed. Frotunately the counter guy porposed to cut the island counter in an angle to minimize the damage. FOR WHAT JAMES DID WE ARE STUCK WITH UNALIGNED COUNTERTOP.

Sixth there were some damaged door panels. Never got replaced. I need to contact MFG directly to get these.

Seventh the door hinges were not adjusted nor installed properly.

Eighth The holes for door knobs were not drilled properly. We are stuck witn aunalighed door knobs. EYE SORE FOR LIFE (see pics)

The BIGGEST issue was lack of reponse which is very UNPROFESSIONAL for a man who worked for Navy.

for almost 2months there was no toekickers and I was waiting for James to come & finish the job. (see text snap shot)

Tired of James, I contacted Cabinet Wright directly and they were kind enough to send the Toe kickers & door panels. They were shocked at James unprofessional attitude and said they have decided not to work with him.

I need to hire another contractor to finish the work.

I'm going to take James to court pretty soon. 

I will certainily NOT recommend James.
