james wells paving bad service no return calls columbia, Maryland

MR wells installed a ner drivway at my house about 4 yrs ago. MR WELLS   had trouble at the time getting the driveway level and never did agter many tries. MR WELLS  never got it correct but stated at the time he would take care of any problems that would arise in the future. Last winter I got water under the driveway which lifted the front. I  called MR  WELLS in july and he came out to look  he then called me back and said he would take care of the problem. We are now comming into winter where I will have the same problem ann my driveway will state to break up and cause a costly repair. After many attemps to get MR WELLS I cannot get him to call me back or fix the problem.  Thanks for the help
