I purchased Jamie Grace fan merchandise items that with shipping came to $55.00. I paid by Paypal (who later told me this did not fall under their buyer protection policy, but not why).The order was placed on June 3, 2014 and went to bajillionent@me.com. I received a confirmation email from shopjamiegrace@gmail.com. After a month, emailed both addresses multiple times, no reply. Contacted Jamie Grace on Instagram and was told that was not her problem among other things. E-mailed contact she finally gave me 3 times total, no response. I have tried everything to quietly address this matter, but to no avail. My money was taken with the promise of merchandise, but I received nothing and was ignored, disrespected and turned away. Taking someone's money under false pretenses is a despicable crime. 

The BBB received no response from Ms. Harper or her representation, so I have filed a case with Internet Crimes and advise you to do the same if you have also been a victim of this scam. You can do so online at ic3.gov
