When I tried contacting his customer support dept. on members only web site for 4 days now and numerous times a day for a refund and purchase receipt # . Have gotten nothing but canned email responses. They all say the same bunk "are you a member" "have you viewed member videos yet" Tried to call this jerk and still no response.
